Since the existence of the human species on the planet we have been concerned most about is SURVIVAL.

SURVIVAL OF SELF. We would hunt for food, we would kill to SURVIVE. Then the society was created to protect each other. But with that phase</g> we also learned the language of SYMBOLS & IMAGES. We were connected with the self & Divine.

Hindu Vedas (mythology) has been inscribed with the using of the chakra</g> system to connect to the DIVINE source, the SOURCE, the LIGHT. It is the purest form of LOVE, & Divine or GOD how ever one states it.

So what are chakras?

Chakra means wheel in Sanskrit. Consciousness and energy move from one frequency to another in a spiraling fashion. The body has energy centers that look like spinning wheels and are called Chakras.

They allow energy to flow from one part of the body to another. As with all things in our reality, they are linked to sound, light, and color.

To heal is to bring the chakras into alignment and balance and then understand the nature of creation and your purpose in it.

Chakras are our energy centers/points. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness.

They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions.

Though there are 22 chakras, 12 most important & 7 major chakras.

SEVEN MAJOR CHAKRAS

The first (root) actually hangs outside of your body. It is located between your thighs, about halfway between your knees and your physical body.

The seventh chakra (crown) is located on the top of your head. The remaining chakras (sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, and third eye), are aligned in sequence along your spine, neck, and skull. The chakras look similar to funnels with petal-like openings.

Chakras are invisible to the human eye, but they can be perceived intuitively by trained energy workers.

If your chakras are out of alignment or clogged-up, then there are usually some physical symptoms which accompany this imbalance.

These imbalances may develop temporarily or they may become chronic. They may come from current situations, family, culture, past lives or other old baggage that you’re still hanging on to.

Your chakra may be deficient or over-active. Think of a depressed person who has slumped shoulders−their heart chakra may be under-active or closed.

Or think of a person who talks too much and never listens−their throat chakra may be in excess or over-active.

It is very important to engage in the process. Sometimes it’s like being a detective, figuring out what each thing is trying to tell you.

The chakras are constantly rotating and vibrating. The activities in them influence our: Body shape, Glandular processes, Chronic physical ailments, Thoughts, and Behavior.

When one (or more) of the chakras are blocked and the energy does not flow harmoniously through them, or it is wide open, it will result in an imbalance that is manifested in all areas of life.

Each chakra is expressed on the physical body in one of the endocrine glands that regulate physical and emotional processes in the body.

The imbalance in the chakra will also be expressed in the endocrine gland linked to it. This is the part I found so fascinating.

Each of the chakras is associated with one of the endocrine glands which are associated with different body parts and physical functions. We knew the parts of the bodies were giving messages, but now we can link the chakras and endocrine system to the same messages.

THE CHAKRAS are the entire messaging SYSTEM OF YOUR BODY, you just have to listen what is it trying to SPEAK TO YOU ABOUT.

Now if we understand the importance of these energy points & connection & communication with the BODY you will be able to value the IMPORTANCE.

Once you understand the underlying EMOTION attached with the thought & the disturbance created in that chakra, HEAL that energy point.

Once you have healed all the major 7 CHAKRAS of your body & done your GROUNDING MEDITATION, now you are ready to connect with the rest of the chakras & connect to the DIVINE SOURCE.
