Everything is heartfelt, intentional, and meant to bring you closer to yourself. There is something for everyone, no matter where you are on your journey.

I have yet to come across a SOUL who has not been abused, either sexually or emotionally.

But does that change our reality?

Today I pose to you a question which might have never crossed your MIND.

What is your REALITY?

The incident which occurred in this lifetime or the lesson you gained in that journey.

Of course, I never agree that any one has the right to abuse you, but the bigger question is that are you not abusing your heart by holding the emotion within?

If you start operating from that reality your heart will start closing.

Just take a moment back & think it is important, this is your life here we are talking about.

ASK YOUR HEART:

Where do I stand?

What has this done to my body?

What do I need?

It is really hard, I’m not going to lie to you but we have to stop running if we want to break the vicious cycle.

This is the only way through – YOU must move it OUT!

And sweet soul let me share the biggest reality, HEART IS THE BIGGEST ENERGY FEILD IN THIS UNIVERSE.

All the gurus, religions only teach the mantra of LOVE not hatred, because they know what the heart possesses. The energy of transformation it carries, the power of healing it has, it is the most powerful piece of creation of the creator.

Put both your hands on your heart & just let the energy flow within your body creating a momentum, you will feel a breeze of self love.

Slow down and allow healing to take place… release the judgment. No one is the same, but they do all have something in common.

So let’s talk balance.

We all have what we need within us.

Flow, breathe, let go.

Bring the love in

Believe in the healing power of stillness, love, and acceptance. The heart guides & empowers you to live in your truth and align with your soul purpose if you listen to it closely.

It is connected with your soul consciousness.

Today I would share the most powerful state of the SOUL, a simple yet powerful guided way to open your heart vibrations for self healing.

Feel comfortable to sit or lie down. Place both your hands on your heart chakra, now slowly close your eyes, imagine the most loved person in your life.

The source of your love, fill yourself with complete compassion & happiness with the memories of the most loved moments.

Start to feel your heart, start to feel the love. Start sending the love to the people in your life who matter to you.

You will start feeling the shift of energy within not only that you will start seeing people around you who have the same love & compassion.

Above all, hold yourself with love whenever you can & for as long as you can.
